That this is how this structure was built:
1: He had a land just behind where this police station is located, and another person had this particular land.
2: He made a deal with the person. And the deal goes like this: “Your land is closer to the road so let’s exchange. You take mine and I will build police station for the Dumasua town on yours. But we are not just exchanging. i will build a nice house on mine for you”.
And that was how it happened. He built a nice house for him on his own land and built the police station on this.
And not just that:
Church of Christ had a land closer to the market.
He exchanged that too with his own bigger land at a different location. Then he relocated some store sellers to the land closer to the market. They had their shops by the roadside somewhere.
And the crazy thing is that, he paid those sellers the period (days) he was relocating them.
That about 20 people and he paid them 100gh each per day until their containers were finally relocated. Took about 2-3 weeks to relocate all of them.
