About a year ago, I started using this app. It does exactly what the name says: Money Management.

The first transaction I recorded was on Thursday, 11 August, 2022. That was 600gh we paid for the registration of the business – Social Mercy Foundation.

We are running the #MurabitProject under the Social Mercy Foundation.

I used the app to record every kobo that comes to me, and every kobo that goes out.

When I checked through my early recordings, I have things like:

Morning Porriage
Afternoon Gob3
Evening Banana and Groundnut
Coconut
Haircut
Almighty Gebedor
Electricity
Ntew Dokuno
Wasawasa
Kenkey
Wamfie to Berekum
Berekum to Wamfie
Post office box renewal
Health Insurance renewal
Plantain chips
Asumasi Wagadrim
Bread for Wamfie
Drinking Water
Gas Cylinder head
Indomie basaa
Tuo Zaafi
Water milo
Maduma Ayiforo Maame gift
Trotro
Groundnut
Pawpaw
Moto fuel
E-levy

And few other ones that is embarrassing to list here. Like that money I gave to that fair lady at that shop at that corner at that evening when I lied to Asumasi that I was going to buy her chinchinga.

I will not list that.

I must admit, it really gives a very good report of how much you spend on each item, at the end of the month.

But the interesting thing is, no matter how haaaaaard I try, at the end of the month, there will be some money that I dont know how I spent it or how I got it.

Charley, accountants are really doing good.

At the end of the month, the app will say I have a positive balance of X but I will be having zeeeero in my pocket. Sometimes I will even be owing at the end of the month, but according to the app, I have some funds.

But over all, I think it is really a good app. Ago recommend give anyone who wants to see how dem de spend dema money.

I dont remember how much it cost in dollar terms then, but the cedi equivalent was 84,56gh on iOS.

I used the free version from August to Saturday, 15gh October 2022. That was the date I bought the paid version. The free version was good too.

The paid version allows to backup in iCloud and other backup platforms. You can export in excel too.

It is really a good app.

But remember to put a big password on the app. Put a long one that is like from here to tomorrow. And do not use your face to lock it. I am speaking from experience. You will be dead when you sleep.

“He who has ears should listen”. We need to protect the brotherhood.

Once upon a time, I came from work and Asumasi was like “oohh Obenten, Ohh Obenten, Ohh obenten, you are tired. Sleep. Let me remove your shoe for you. Let me bring you water.”

Saa ne nyinaa azaaa krafadam. Trikisi nkoaaa. It wasjust a plan.

Jon jon jon I went to sleep and she secretly brought the phone closer to my face and it automatically opened.

It took me over a month to eat TZ again.
